Pet Grooming Q&A

Frequently Asked Questions!!

Q: How often should my pet be groomed?

A: It depends on your pet’s coat type, lifestyle, and breed. On average, we recommend every 4–8 weeks to keep the coat healthy and prevent matting. Long-haired breeds or pets with skin concerns may need more frequent visits.

Q: Can I stay with my pet during grooming?

A: We find that most pets are calmer when their owners are not present. For safety and efficiency, we kindly ask owners not to stay during the grooming session.

Q: Do you groom cats?

A: Yes! We offer both bath & brush and full grooming services for cats. We handle cats gently and calmly. For safety reasons, we only accept cats that are friendly and manageable without sedation.

Q: Is anesthesia-free teeth cleaning safe?

A: Yes, it’s a gentle, non-invasive procedure suitable for many pets. It helps maintain oral hygiene and reduce tartar buildup. However, it’s not a replacement for dental surgery when advanced dental disease is present.

Q: How long does a grooming session take?

A: Most grooming appointments take 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the size, coat condition, and service type. We will give you an estimated pick-up time when you drop off your pet.

Q: What if my pet is anxious or has special needs?

A: We’re experienced with nervous pets and take things slowly with lots of patience. Please let us know in advance if your pet has specific needs or behaviors — we’re happy to adapt.
